Join Masterpiece – we’re looking for a new extra-help receptionist!

Are you our new receptionist assistant?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized student who can step in as needed – no fixed schedule, just flexible shifts! As a receptionist assistant at Masterpiece, you’ll get a mix of customer contact and social media work, helping make our studio a professional and welcoming place.

Your tasks will include:

• Answering phone calls and helping customers with bookings
• Serving coffee and making sure our clients feel well taken care of ☕🖤
• Managing social media – posting photos and videos, editing short clips (CapCut skills are a plus!)
• Contributing to a friendly and positive atmosphere in the studio

We’re looking for someone who:

• Loves tattoos and people
• Enjoys juggling multiple tasks at once

• Takes initiative and is solution-oriented

  

  
  Training and start date:
  
  Training will take place in December, so you’ll be fully familiar with our phone routines, bookings, and social media tasks. We need someone who can start the position on January 1st, and work a few shifts until mid-January initially.
